- Pricing & Payments

- Prices are based on menu selection, number of guests, service style, and event requirements.
- Final billing may vary if there are changes in guest count, menu items, or service scope.
- Advance payment is mandatory. The balance amount must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule, prior to or on the event day.
- Guest Count & Final Numbers

- A final guest count must be shared within the agreed timeline before the event.
- Charges will be based on the final confirmed count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations must be informed in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, the company reserves the right to reschedule the service subject to availability.
- Food Quality & Safety

- Once food is served, Rasoi Elite Catering is not responsible for issues arising from food consumed beyond the event duration or stored improperly by clients or guests
- Client Responsibilities

- The client is responsible for arranging necessary permissions, venue access, power supply, water, and other logistical requirements unless otherwise agreed.
- Any damages caused to catering equipment or property due to negligence will be chargeable.
- Limitation of Liability
